Bottle Never Arrived

I ordered this on December 4th and I have yet to receive it. I have put in a complaint with my confirmation and the tracking attached after December 17th as it was a gift for my husband. I did get a text yesterday from Austin wanting me to buy more. I replied to that text with the same complaint and saying why should I buy more when I am out the $35+ that I already spent.
